Banana Chocochips Muffins Insanely delectable fluffy bakery style banana muffins with chocochips. Banana makes these muffins ultra flavourful. Ideal for grab and go breakfast. Ingredients (for 12 muffins) 1½ Cup all purpose flour 3 Table sp good quality coco powder 1 T sp baking soda A pinch of salt ½ Cup soft light brown sugar 1 Cup or 3 ripe Bananas (overripe banana would do) ½ Cup vegetable oil 2 Eggs medium to large (lightly beaten) ½ Cup choco chips Method ·         Preheat the oven to 180 deg C. ·         Lightly grease 12 muffins cups with oil or cooking spray or line with muffin papers. ·         In a medium bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, soda and salt.
