Egg-free  Mango loaf Cake  Its a no fuss cake bursting with taste of seasonal dashari mangoes , no dairy ,no egg is included in making, yet so simple to prepare. Topped with Mascarpone cheese and Sun dried rose petals .  Absolute must try.     Prep - 15 min  cook- 30 min Ingredients  1 cup all purpose flour  11/2 tsp baking powder  1/4 tsp salt  1/2 tsp cardamom powder 1/2 cup light brown sugar 1 cup fresh mango puree ( 3 large mangoes ) 1/4 cup oil  1 tsp vanilla extract    Frosting 1/4 cup Mascarpone cheese  2 to 3 tbsp cream  1 tbsp dried rose petals (edible) METHOD  Preheat the oven at 180c .
